This old hand turned cider press has been reduced to serving as a shopping basket holder. Still, the bright red color and the wooden barrel staves make it stand out from it's surroundings. I assume some sort of engine was used to turn the gears that mash the apples from the hopper, then the wheel at the front was turned by hand to press out the cider. Hand-held at 1/10 sec @ f/4, ISO 400.
