Say hello to the latest Alpha Flash from Sony

The Sony Alpha HVL-F42AM flash unit was announced in February and is now shipping. With the unconfirmed cancelation of the HVL-F56AM, the new flash is the current top of the line in Sony flash units. There are reports of a new flash being readied to accompany the full-frame "flagship" Sony Alpha when it ships, but for now, the HVL-F42AM looks like a very capable leader for the Sony flash line.
