Mop caps are usually portrayed as old fashioned relics, worn by grumpy old spinsters. This young woman shows how inaccurate that stereotype can be.
Note the evergreen sprig pinned to the cap with a needle. I don't know the significance, but I think it is more interesting than any gold or silver trinket would be!
This was shot with a twenty year old Minolta 70-210mm f/4 "beercan" lens. I was zoomed to a focal length of 180mm, with aperture wide open.
